I'm looking at Photos plist prefs (aka various), not photo libraries.
We should know today... If they do lean only on updates, it will show just how much effort/resources they're willing to put into correcting the issue, I think. Might be easier to just phone it in 😉

Where I used to start at 'Content' to see latest posts/active thread, it seems individual top level topic forums are gone, and the forums are now tag driven, especially if you intend to casually browse, versus say, search.
You can go here, then drill down into your choice of topic based on Tags: >Main List/top level is here - https://developer.apple.com/support/forums-tags/ - they are listed alphabetically, and there are tons of them, from Accelerate to Zsh - (interesting the links for them cannot be included in a comment...).
Have to wonder how many questions are going to drift into a black hole, unless of course they make good on their +1k engineer participation promise and that need is met head on.

Yes, individually, used once.
About BB&B, I don't see any evidence those are nothing more than one time purchase discounts for their own products.
Apple does not provide a promo scheme that fits your example, otherwise.

New apps containing these frameworks are no longer accepted by the App Store. And last year, we announced that the App Store will no longer accept app updates containing UIWebView as of December 2020. However, to provide additional time for you to adopt WKWebView and to ensure that it supports the features most often requested by developers, this deadline for app updates has been extended beyond the end of 2020. Don't assume you can casually push this out, and a positive review will allow an update in the store on your schedule.
As for iPadOS, I don't see this deprecation to be that specific.
